About Me

TEACHER . TRAINER . WRITER
Yoga reawakened me. I earned my Hatha Yoga certification (2002) so that I could share with others this exciting and powerful path and have continued to study history, anatomy, therapeutics, meditation and philosophy with local and internationally renown teachers. From Chakra Yoga Training to my certification in Anusara Yoga, my enthusiasm has deepened, my practice has broadened and I'm learning more every day.
